Aramar focuses on private placements ranging in size from $10 million to $100 million. We advise clients with respect to equity, convertible debt, and other equity-related securities.

Our clients' objectives typically do not entail just raising capital, but also the identification of a strategic partner. Accordingly, targeted investors are equity investment firms, venture capitalists, and larger strategic corporations.

Our methodology is designed to individually tailor each contact we initiate. This enables us to elicit and promote the fit between our client and the party being contacted. We do not utilize unsolicited, “blast” impersonal introductory e-mails, as other investment banks tend to do, so confidentiality is preserved, the marketing process is perceived as selective, investor prospect concerns are preempted, and interest is piqued.
